Winners will be responsible for processing their own visas to Spain. M88.io will not shoulder the visa processing and expenses.

3. This promotion can be claimed only once and will be valid for the duration of the promotion period. We will not give credit bonuses for periods that have been missed.
4. Only "Real Cash" and settled qualified bet will be counted towards for the calculation. All Tie/ Draw/ Refund/ Declined/ Void/ Canceled bets, bets on two opposite sites, bets on excluded games list and bets at decimal odds below 1.50 (Malay odds 0.50; HK odds 0.50; Indo Odds -2.00) will not be included in the calculation for turnover &/or rollover requirement (when applicable).
5. Bonus meet the 5-time rollover in any Sports before any withdrawal can be made.
6. The winners will be contacted by Customer Service within 5 days after the end of the promotion period. In the event the winner is uncontactable, the prize will be forfeited.
7. Free bets will be credited to the members' wallets within 5 days after the promotion period ends.
8. The rollover condition must be fulfilled within 7 days after bonus funds have been credited. If not, the bonus and winning funds will be canceled.
